NW Albuquerque MVD built on chemical plume, female workers transferred by Joy Wang KOB-TV 4 news (Albuquerque, NM) August 9, 2018 ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – There’s a potential problem lurking below an MVD in northwest Albuquerque. The office, located on Eagle Ranch Rd, was built on top of a chemical plume of trichloroethylene, or TCE. … The state is blaming the developer, the Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group. The state claims it wanted to work with Sigmon to make sure that property on Eagle Ranch was safe before anything was built.
