Officials unveil plan for solar energy facility at burned-out Mitchell Corp site By Chris Lamphere Cadillac News (MI) November 20, 2018 CADILLAC - It could be the beginning of the end for the massive pile of rubble that has served as an eyesore to Wright Street residents since 2013, when the empty Mitchell-Bentley building burned to the ground. Cadillac City Manager Marcus Peccia unveiled a plan to city council on Monday that would cover the cost of cleaning up the property and set the stage for construction of a brand-new solar energy facility at the location.
