State announces groundwater cleanup plan at site of I-696 green ooze WXYZ (Detroit, MI) June 30, 2020 MADISON HEIGHTS - A plan has been announced regarding the cleanup of contaminated groundwater from the former Electro-Plating Services (EPS) facility in Madison Heights.
