Brownfield clean-up paves way for new Rosina plant in West Seneca By MARIAN HETHERLY WBFO Public Radio (NY) December 10, 2020 The state Department of Environmental Conservation said Rosina Foods has completed brownfield clean-up at its Clinton Street location in West Seneca. This paves the way for construction of a new $58-million-dollar food manufacturing plant on the 10-acre site. The DEC said, from the early 1900s to the 1960s, the site at 3100 Clinton St. was used as railroad yards.
