On 12/16/2020 the DTSC LABRIC Program conducted a Public Webinar and provided information on the latest program updates, an introduction of the LABRIC Area Screening Criteria and Prioritization document, and associated next steps for the program. 

The DTSC LABRIC Area Screening Criteria and Prioritization Document is a living document. Public Comments are welcomed on an ongoing basis, with no end date to the comment period. DTSC will update the criteria used in this document as it gains more experience and information on Lead-Acid Battery Recycling Facilities in California and in the surrounding communities.
