Lead-Acid Battery Recycling Facility Investigation and Cleanup Program

2021 Annual Report to the Legislature

The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) announces the release of the Lead-Acid Battery Recycling Facility Investigation and Cleanup (LABRIC) Program 2021 Annual Report to the Legislature. 

The Lead-Acid Battery Recycling Act of 2016 (Act), specifies that DTSC shall annually report to the Legislature on the status of the Lead-Acid Battery Cleanup Fund and on DTSC’s progress implementing the Act. 

You can view and download the report on the DTSC LABRIC Annual Report webpage at any time.

Informe anual 2021 a la legislatura

El Departamento de Control de Sustancias Tóxicas (DTSC) anuncia el lanzamiento del Informe Anual 2021 del Programa de Investigación y Limpieza de Instalaciones de Reciclaje de Baterías de Plomo-Ácido (LABRIC) a la Legislatura.

La Ley de Reciclaje de Baterías de Plomo-Ácido de 2016 (Ley), especifica que DTSC informará anualmente a la Legislatura sobre el estado del Fondo de Limpieza de Baterías de Plomo-Ácido y sobre el progreso de DTSC en la implementación de la Ley.

Puede ver y descargar el informe en la página web del Informe anual de DTSC LABRIC en cualquier momento.
