Subject: | [CPEO-BIF] First phase of City Place approved in Santa Clara, California |
Homes, offices and hotel could sprout in Santa Clara after city OK Project could rise across the street from Santa Clara Levi’s Stadium By GEORGE AVALOS Bay Area News Group November 17, 2022 SANTA CLARA — The first phase of a massive redevelopment that would create a new village in Santa Clara could sprout across the street from Levi’s Stadium following a key city government approval. City officials have approved a tentative subdivision map — an unwieldy-sounding, routine, yet essential part the huge mixed-use development — that clears the way for the first phase of the project to proceed. Related Cos., a development firm, is building the project. … For the entire article, see https://www.mercurynews.com/2022/11/17/santa-clara-real-estate-home-office-retail-hotel-restaurant-build-tech/ This parcel appears to be part of Related’s City Place project, a massive office and residential development planned for a large former landfill, but it also appears to be outside the landfill footprint.
