Wayne, IN) March 7, 2024 ANDREWS, Ind. — An unusual meeting took center stage Wednesday in the small town of Andrews, Indiana. The usually quiet town hall building held a special session — a full house, including Huntington County Commissioner Tom Wall, a far cry from their normal attendance. ... The town has been locked in a battle to get clean water after its groundwater was contaminated by Trichloroethylene (TCE), and the only question is will anyone help them get out of their predicament? ...
