Today's GAO report on the BRAC '05 process is particularly exhaustive.
It appears to provide valuable information for anyone wishing to
evaluate or challenge the Pentagon's recommendations, broken down by
armed service and joint functional area.

This also means that it's particularly long -  at 273 pages too long for
many of us to download and print.
