NAID/ADC Testifies Before the BRAC Commission 

The BRAC Commission Hearing on Environmental Stewardship on Thursday
morning, August 11 featured NAID/ADC's Treasurer, Miki Mahan Schneider.
The panel also included fellow NAID/ADC members, Dan Schnepf,
President/CEO of Matrix Design Group and David Knisley, Attorney,
Garrity and Knisley. Miki is the Director of Planning for the McClellan
Joint Powers Authority in Anniston, Alabama. The hearing focused on the
issues related to environmental cleanup at closed or closing military
installations and included presentations by the Deputy Undersecretary of
Defense and the Office of Economic Adjustment. 

NAID/ADC is the National Association of Installation
