[CPEO-IRF] BRAC 2005 Final Report

The 2005 Base Closure and Realignment Commission has delivered its
report to the President. I have attached the press release announcing
its action.

Public release of the report was delayed by a flurry of court activity,
but for now those cases have been resolved. The full report may be
downloaded from
