Navy Hires Jones Lang LaSalle for BRAC Work

CHICAGO-The US Navy has enlisted Jones Lang LaSalle to help the 
department sell properties it may no longer need as a result of the Base 
Realignment and Closure Act. Jones Lang LaSalle already has advised the 
Army and Air Force on moving 50,000 housing units into private hands.

The firm's five-year contract with the Navy involves preparing reports 
on each of the installations targeted for closing or consolidation. That 
report will include a strategy for each property, including potential 
sales prospects.
