Deadline on Navy complex at issue

CCDC won't rush decision on project

As yet another version of the Navy Broadway Complex came before them 
yesterday, members of the Centre City Development Corp. board expressed 
doubt they could make a decision on the project by a July 26 deadline.

The board's president, Nancy Graham, expressed concern about doing an 
adequate review of the project within a month.

"This is such an important project," Graham said. "I'm not comfortable 
if we get jammed anymore."
