LRA buys time Decision on federal agencies' use of BNAS property delayed a month Darcie Moore Brunswick Times Record (ME) May 11, 2006 BRUNSWICK - The waiting game over how much land at Brunswick Naval Air Station will be made available to other federal agencies went into overtime on Tuesday. That's a good thing, according to Steve Levesque, executive director of the Bruns-wick Local Redevelopment Authority. Levesque told The Times Record on Wednesday that the LRA - the nine-member panel appointed to create a master plan for reuse of the Navy base after it closes in 2011 - has been granted an additional 30 days by the Navy to review federal requests for property at the base. ...
