Depot authority delegation to seek information on status of the base

The civilians in charge of putting to good use the Pueblo Chemical 
Depot's igloos, warehouses and other facilities hope to get some 
clarification this weekend on the status of the base.

A delegation from the depot's reuse authority is attending the annual 
meeting of the Association of Defense Communities. Members of the 
delegation are Marv Stein, chairman; Irene Kornelly, member; Chuck 
Finley, member; and Terry Hart, attorney.

Finley said they planned to ask Army officials for more information on 
where the base stands on the heels of an announcement two weeks ago that 
its status on the base realignment and closure list could change.
