The foregoing data is bkgnd re what I've been involved in lately:

On the RAB's for MCAS, El Toro and MCAS, Tustin. Subcommittee chair of the
OU-1 gndwater survey for El Toro (and off-station).

On all the subcommittee's investigating soil and gndwater remediation
efforts at both installations.

Recently appointed to the CAL/EPA Base Closure Environmental Advisory Group.

Currently a senior at Chapman U., Orange, Ca. Finishing undergrad degree
rqmts in environmental science.

Serving as an officer with the Civil Air Patrol at California wing hdqtrs 
(located in Ontario, Ca.) CAP is an auxiliary of the USAF.

Am available to provide another perspective in the form of a presentation on
the OU-1 gndwater contamination situation that has now migrated off-station
from MCAS, El Toro. Willing to discuss the impact of the TCE plume on the
Irvine gndwater subbasin and how, if not remediated promptly, could spread
to most of Orange County's main gndwater basin. Will also mention McClellan
AFB, which had a somewhat similar problem and their on-going efforts to
successfully remediate down to the USEPA's MCL).
