Lawrence Livermore National Lab is investigating Mediated electrochemical
oxidation as a potential mixed waste treatment technology. Recently, I toured
their bench scale working model. I can send you a couple diagrams. On balance,
it looked preferable to the thermal technologies they want (e.g. molten salt
oxidation which looks like a fluidized bed incinerator). Put your address in my
