Boston University School of Public Health has been doing some
contract work with ATSDR around contaminated sites.
One of the staff has asked me to help identify some
community group which has had a positive experience with
ATSDR or a State health department working under a
cooperative agreement with ATSDR during a health 
assessment or survey. 
 If anyone can help me identify such a group
I would appreciate it.
