i will contact folk re: saving technical assistance/public participation monies
for RABs. I have one question though: How does this impact TAGs or public
participation monies at DOE sites? Indirectly? Directly? Not at all? Please let
me know in a short note. AND, IF the answer is in the affirmative, then we
should add some language to cover it in the letters. If not, the letter is good
