>From what we can gather the conferees for the Defense Authorization 
bill (this will deal with the language that came from the Senate to cut 
RAB technical assistance money from $7.5 million to 4 million and, with 
the new wording from the Senate, may hamper the independent nature of 
technical assistance) will be:
