In reference to your request for invitational travel orders for the UXO
conference. Well, due to tight fiscal restraints, the Department will not be
issuing invitational orders. Is it possible to get funding from another
source? If you are unable to attend, we can certainly forward you the
information from the meeting. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
