CORRECTION

The language that Lenny Siegel was refering to in his previous posting 
was actually from the House Appropriations Committee subcommitte doing 
the mark-up on the Defense Appropriations Bill.

The full Committee is set to convene on June 5th (Wednesday) and the 
Defense Appropriations Bill is scheduled to go to the House floor on 
June 11th (next Tuesday).

In all likelihood, however, the language will stay the same through the 
full Committee mark-up. There is also a possibility that the bill will not 
reach the House floor as scheduled.
