I have just learned that Cal-EPA's Department of Toxic Substance Control 
has directed its public participation specialists to stop working with 
Restoration Advisory Boards within the state. This is just one more 
consequence of the reduction in DSMOA funds that the state expects to 
receive from the Defense Department.
