At the US Army Soldier Systems Command in Massachusetts this archival
material was listed as "restricted" or what we would more colloquially call
classified. I found an archival copy of the base's past activities in a
local library of a host community of another NPL listed base in the same
command.

The additional data was very interesting, reported in the local press, and
finally made publically available by the Army after the RAB itself
distributed its own copies.
