RMA SSAB HOSTS FFERDC BRIEFING

The Site Specific Advisory Board for the Rocky Mountain Arsenal is 
has organized a briefing for April 30, 1997.

The main topics to be covered will be:

1. Discussion of a GAO Report regarding Shell Chemical's allocable costs 
of remediation at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal. Representatives from the 
offices Senator Ben Nighthorse Campbell and Congressman Dan Schaefer will 
be in attendance to discuss the report.

2. An indepth discussion of public participation under CERCLA and 
FFERDC 
--Vicki Peters and Dan Miller, Colorado Attorney General's Office
--Kristi Parker, Senior Associate, The Keystone Center
--Howard Roitman, Colorado Department of Public Health and the Environment
--Merv Tano, Attorney at Law, formerly with CERT
--Aimee Houghton, SFSU CAREER/PRO

The meeting will be held at the Commerce City Municipal Building at 
60th and Forrest starting at 6:30 pm.
