A basic issue here, is the on going CONTINUING FAILURE of some branches of the militaries, especially the US Army TRADOC, to clean up after itself. At least in my area, New Mexico, the Air Force has a regular schedule of bombing range clean up and grooming, while the Army and its tenants continue to contaminate areas without follow up regular clean up. "Clean up after yourself" should be become a basic established required common sense everyday ethic. Training should not be exempt from clean up as you go. Marianne Thaeler | |
