Subject: Closed ICBM Missile Field - destroying sites by imploding

The Grand Forks, North Dakota missile field is in the process of closure due
to the last round of base closure/realignment. 

The comment period for destroying via implosion of missile sites at Grand
Forks, is under comment period through the end of October by the Federal
Government.

Is anyone aware of ground water contamination issues, or affects on nearby
wells using this destruction method for the ICBM missile launch facilities?
