NAPALM SHIPPED TO TEXAS Just to follow up some earlier reports: The news media have reported that the Navy has begun shipping by rail some 3.3 million gallons of napalm, stored in Fallbrook, California since 1973, to Deer Park, near Houston, Texas, where the Vietnam-era jellied gasoline will be incinerated. According to the reports, the napalm will be "recycled as fuel."
