Ted: The only BWA activity of which I have knowledge, was a document I read for BWA testing which took place by a tenant at White Sands Missile Range. It was after the Gulf War and involved 10 gallon drums of bacteria which were blown up to track atmospheric spread. I never found out who the tenant was. WSMR only found out what the tenant was doing when the tenant requested off range monitoring by WSMR. Results, none of the bacteria were blown off range. But WSMR is an active testing range, and perhaps does not come under the question you pose. Marianne Thaeler | |
