Duplicate Message Glitch

Dear subscribers,

Several people have informed us that they're now receiving duplicate
messages from our list. We're working on getting IGC to fix that problem
as well. (To be sure, we are also working on finding a new internet
service provider.) Again, we apologize for any inconvenience, and we
