Info request: lead cleanup

We are a community-based organization responding to contamination in and
around Wisconsin's Badger Army Ammunition Plant. We need help
identifying technologies to clean up lead and other metals in SOIL. 
Important: The contaminant level is 150 ppm; the cleanup (remedial) goal
is 30 ppm. If you know of technologies that may be applicable, please
reply to olah@speagle.com.
