Waiver of Sovereign Immunity

DOD's and DOE's joint report to Congress, "Potential Impacts of the Proposed
Amendment to the CERCLA Waiver of Sovereign Immunity," is now available on the
web at:  http://www.iwpextra.com  The file name is:  EE99039.pdf

Both DOD and DOE oppose the waiver to sovereign immunity.  CPEO would like to
hear additional comments regarding this issue from states, citizens and regulators.
