This obviously was not generated by an impartial observer. Another example of the dangers of the Milosevic propaganda machine. What the sender fails to mention is what those chemicals were used for and what kind of environmental and occupational controls were in use when the factories were operational. The sender is probably the same person who advocated against bombing the concentration camps in WWII because innocent Jews and gypsies and others would be hurt by the bombing.
