Subject: | [CPEO-MEF] FW: SENATOR ALLARD ACCUSES EPA OF "COVER-UPS and LIES" |
Dear Folks: In today's Rocky Mountain News, Senator Wayne Allard of Colorado accuses EPA of "cover-ups and lies" in conjunction with an EPA Ombudsman's investigation of the radioactive Shattuck Superfund Site in Denver, and calls for the EPA Ombudsman's office to be protected and renewed for the next ten years. The same set of characters within EPA also concocted the outrageous plan to pump nuclear bomb wastes and other toxic wastes from the Lowry Landfill Superfund Site into public sewers to mix with sewage sludge to "fertilize" crops grown for our dinner plates in America - a plan to go into effect within the next month, unless growing public opposition derails it. Incredibly, EPA is simply denying the radwaste is there, despite our citizens' investigation during the last 4 years, in which we have uncovered reams of DOE-certified laboratory analyses over several years and covering scores of locations on the site that are evidence to the contrary, and show the site is loaded with plutonium This same crew also looked the other way as Martin Marietta (now Lockheed Martin) intentionally used a municipal drinking water supply for its illegal disposal of deadly rocket fuel wastes from its huge rocket plant in Littleton for decades, where kids have inexplicably died for years - or survived with rare disorders or defects - without proper investigation by federal authorities, to date. Rather than working the case for criminal prosecution to put these corporate outlaws behind bars, EPA put Martin on its payroll. What's wrong here?
