[CPEO-MEF] Horizontal Well Newsletter

If anyone is interested, the NGWA published "Horizontal News", a
newsletter which describes the use of horizontal wells for subsurface
remediation and carries articles about on-going projects.

The newsletter is free to NGWA members.  However, for 30 days, the
Winter 2000 issue is available on-line for anyone to view.  Go to:

This is the first time that this newsletter has been posted on-line for
general distribution.  I would appreciate any feed-back.
