Mother Says Camp Shelby Could Have Prevented Explosion

The mother of one of the Perry County teens who was arrested for taking
anti-tank shells from Camp Shelby says the military base could have
prevented the tragedy. One boy died from his injuries and another is
still in the hospital after the shells they were given by the Perry
County teens exploded last week. Three Perry County boys have been
arrested for taking the shells and giving them to the boys who were
injured.
