[CPEO-MEF] Kerry Amendment

The latest from Capitol Hill is that Senator John Kerry (D-MA) has
proposed an amendment to strike Section 342 from the fiscal year 2001
Defense Authorization bill. Action on the bill is scheduled for today
(Tuesday, June 6).
