Kerry Amendment due for Thursday Vote.

To any interested individuals, groups, and organizations;

We understand that the Senate will vote tomorrow on an amendment by 
Senator John Kerry (D-MA) to strike Section 342 from the FY 2001 
National Defense Authorization bill (S. 2549). Please contact the 
following Senators to recommend that they support the Kerry amendment.

Additionally, calls to the Administration would also be very helpful.
