Schedule
The ECA Fall Conference will be held October 4-6, 2000 in Idaho Falls, 
Idaho at the Shilo Inn Hotel.  The ECA Board will meet on Wednesday, 
October 4, and the full conference will start Thursday, October 5, 
ending Mid-day Friday, October 6.

Note to ECA Board Members:  Both the Stewardship and Transportation Task 
Forces will meet before the 1:00pm Board Meeting on October 4, 2000. 

Hotel Information
ECA has blocked rooms at both the Shilo Inn Hotel- 780 Lindsay Blvd., 
Idaho Falls, ID 83402, (209) 523-0088 [room rate $55] and Cavanaugh's on 
the Falls, 475 River Parkway, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83402, (208) 523-8000.  
[room rate $55 regular, $65 with a view of the waterfalls]

Transportation
ECA Fall Conference attendees can make Delta reservations to Idaho Falls 
using File Number 166532A.  For attendees traveling in a group of 10 or 
more, call 1-800-241-6108.  For individuals in groups of 9 or less, call 
1-800-331-6760.

ECA Fall Conference attendees can also make Avis rental car reservations 
using File Number J659101.  Call 1-800-331-1600 for reservations.

2000 from 1:00-2:30 pm, for ECA members and other interested parties to 
discuss the development of White Papers for briefing the new 
administration on DOE issues impacting local communities.
