[CPEO-MEF] list of sites

Hello - I'm trying to compile a comprehensive list
of contaminated military and doe sites.  This will
include both active facilities and FUDS.  I'd like
to at least be able to find the name and address
for each facility/site.  Better yet would be the
longitude and latitude and list of contaminants.
Does anyone know if such an animal exists
(hopefully in digital form)?  If not, any idea where
I can collect the bits and pieces?  Would EPA
regional offices be of help?  Army Corp? DOD
and DOE? State EPAs?
