[CPEO-MEF] DoD Directive 4715.2

Does anyone know of a evidence indicating that the military has started
implemented this directive?  It directs range managers to do range
clearance, keep records of expended munitions dud locations and operate the
range in a sustainable manner that doesn't threaten human health or the
environment.
