The GAO investigation, which is being requested by Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-D.C.), would examine the conduct of the Army, the Environmental Protection Agency and other agencies and determine whether any laws were violated, Norton said. The agency should also assess the contamination threat facing the neighborhood, she said. Rep. Constance A.
