[CPEO-MEF] RDX in Utah

A new article appeared last Friday in the Salt Lake Tribune about cleanup of
RDX in groundwater and drinking water wells at the Trojan explosives plant in
Utah.  The company proposes to consider wells "clean" when they have RDX
concentrations up to 17 ppb.  The "cleanup" level set her obviously may
affect levels set at other sites around the country.
