Re Ms. Goodman's comments - It is always interesting to hear from officials
of past administrations comment on the programs they formerly were
responsible for. I could easily question the efficiency and effectiveness of
Ms. Goodman's regime at her old organization - but I won't do that -
sufficient to say that many of the problems that exist today in the UXO
Industry are a direct result of the inaction of her regime.
