[CPEO-MEF] Apparent virus or worm

Some of us have been receiving unsolicited e-mails from addresses at
TVA.GOV with attachments that appear to be viruses or worms. I believe I
received mine because I'm on a list of potential attendees for the UXO
Forum, and I know many other people on the CPEO list are likely to be on
that list as well. Thus, this warning:

Please be careful before opening unknown attachments.
