[CPEO-MEF] Radio Program to Highlight DOD Exemptions

Today at 9 AM PDT KQED (public radio station in SF) will be broadcasting a 
show focusing on the DOD exemptions.  This program will air one hour before 
the House Armed Services Committee will begin marking up the FY 2004 
Defense Authorization bill.

Guests will include:

Ed Lowry, Director of CA Dept. of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)
Craig Manson, Dept. of Interior Asst Secretary for Fish &Wildlife
Saul Bloom, Executive Director of Arc Ecology (SF based environmental group)
Frank Gaffney, former Asst Secretary at DOD for International Security and 
Policy
