It appears that the Conference Committee on Defense Authorization has
accepted most or all of the House language weakening the Marine Mammal
Protection Act and Endangered Species Act.
 
As I reported earlier, the House may take up the bill on Friday,
November 7.

We'll make the language available as soon as we find/receive it.
