The announcement was made Monday at a meeting of the Badger Restoration Advisory Board. The wells, capable of sucking 600 to 700-gallons of water-per-minute, will be placed within the known plume of contaminated groundwater. "We will be attacking within the plume," said Andrew Ellison, a hydro-geologist from the Colorado company Shaw Environmental & infrastructure, Inc.
