DEDA seeks grant to clean site for Cirrus


DULUTH NEWS TRIBUNE (MN)

A grant application that could open the way for Cirrus Design Corp. to 
expand its operations in Duluth should be on its way to St. Paul this week.

Cirrus wants to expand onto land that was formerly part of an Air Force 
base. Heidi Timm-Bijold, the city's assistant business developer, said 
it appears that federal and state funding will be made available to 
address soil issues.
