NEED ADVICE:  I'm interested in hearing from people that have 
successfully found pre-1970's records about site-specific military 
operations.  These historical records often provide important clues 
about potential site contaminants.

Where's a good place to start?  Who was helpful?  Are there specific 
government or military offices that are good resources?
